A pivotal firsthand encounter with a struggling leadership team ignited my commitment to mastering the essentials of team culture and alignment, ultimately redirecting my professional focus toward transforming organizations into high-performing entities.

Since 2009, I've served as a team and executive coach to hundreds of leaders, working equally with CEOs on personal leadership challenges and with leadership teams to create greater alignment and organizational health. My approach blends directness with compassion, bringing valuable insights and pragmatic strategies from my extensive work with numerous executives and teams across healthcare, technology, financial services and various other industries.
